When sending prepaid items, we calculate the total of your order using the discounted item price. To avoid an extra charge, please include enough items to reach the minimum order value. You can view the minimum order value for your area and the discounted item price for prepaid packs here.
For example:
In the UK, we have a £20 minimum charge. If you have purchased a prepaid pack of 100 shirts, each shirt's discount price is £2.05, and you will need to send in at least 10 shirts (giving you an order total of £20.50) to reach the minimum order value.
Alternatively, if you do not have enough items from your prepaid pack to reach the minimum order quantity, you can add another service.

In the UK, we have a £20 minimum charge. If you have purchased a prepaid pack of 100 shirts, each shirt's discount price is £2.05. If you only have 5 shirts to send (meaning your order total is £10.25) you will need to add another service to reach the minimum order value.
