Yes, we apply a minimum order value to all orders. When using prepaid packs, the discounted value of your prepaid items contributes towards this minimum order value.
If the items included in your prepaid pack do not meet the minimum order value for your area, you can:
Add more eligible prepaid items, or
Add another service to your order
