Laundryheap subscriptions are paid memberships designed to help you save money on laundry and dry cleaning by offering ongoing benefits on every order.
We currently offer two subscription options: Laundryheap+ and Laundryheap+ Pro.
Laundryheap+
Laundryheap+ is designed to make every order simpler and more cost-effective.
What you get:
No service fees on all orders.
The option to share your membership with a friend, so they can enjoy the same benefit.
Laundryheap+ Pro
Laundryheap+ Pro includes all the benefits of Laundryheap+, plus extra rewards.
What you get:
No service fees on all orders
10% of your order value returned as a wallet credit
Wallet credit can be used on future Laundryheap orders
Important to know:
Credit is earned only on the amount you pay by card
Orders paid using prepaid packs, promo codes, or existing wallet credit are not eligible for cashback
Credit is added after your order is completed and delivered
Wallet credit expires after 2 months

How to subscribe
Open the Laundryheap app
Go to More
Select Subscriptions
Choose Laundryheap+ or Laundryheap+ Pro and tap Join now
You can only have one subscription active at a time.
Adding a friend to Laundryheap+
Once you join, you will receive a code via email, which you can share with your friend. They can redeem this code when placing an order or in their Laundryheap dashboard. Your friend receives the benefit of Laundryheap+ from their membership.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the app:
Open the Laundryheap app
Go to More
Select Subscriptions
Tap Manage → Cancel subscription
Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
