🧾 What are Laundryheap Credits?
Laundryheap Credits work like in-app cash. You can use them to pay for your laundry orders directly in the app.
You might receive credits by:
Purchasing them for yourself
A gift from your loved one
Receiving them from our team as compensation
As part of Laundryheap marketing activities (coming soon).
💳 How do I use my credits?
At checkout, you’ll see a "Credits in wallet" toggle (if you have credits in your wallet).
✅ Switch it on, and your credits will automatically apply to your order total once your items are cleaned.
Credits are always used first. If your order costs more than your available credits, the remaining amount will be charged to your saved payment method.

📅 Do Credits Expire?
Purchased or gifted credits → Never expire
Promotional or compensation credits → Usually expire 3 months from the date they’re added (we’ll let you know the expiry when we add them).
👀 How can I check my credit balance?
Open the Laundryheap app
Tap More
Select My Wallet
You’ll see your available credits there. Here's a screenshot of what this looks like;
⚠️ Good to know
Credits can only be used for placing Laundryheap orders
They can’t be used to buy prepaid packs or Laundryheap+ subscriptions
