Love using Laundryheap? Share the convenience with friends and get rewarded when they place their first order!
Our Refer a Friend scheme lets you give your friends a discount while earning wallet credit for yourself.
🔑 How does it work?
Every Laundryheap user has a unique 6-character referral code (a mix of letters and numbers).
When you share your code:
Your friend receives a discount off their first order
The referral code is valid for new customers only
It can be entered at checkout, just like any standard promotional code
You receive wallet credit
Once your friend’s first order has been completed and delivered, wallet credit will be added to your Laundryheap account
The value of the reward is applied in the local currency of your primary service country
⚠️ Please note: Wallet credit is issued only after the referred order is successfully processed and delivered, and the credit amount varies by country.
📌 Important things to know
Referral rewards are issued in the currency of your primary service country
Referral codes can only be used by new users
You can share your referral code as many times as you like
You can earn wallet credit for up to 10 successful referrals in any 12-month period. After that, your code keeps working and your friends still get a discount on their first order, but no more credit is added to your account until your earliest reward in that period is more than 12 months old.
Wallet credit earned from referrals expires after 2 months, is non-transferable and has no cash value.
If a referral code is used, other promo codes cannot be applied to the same order
🎉 Why refer a friend?
It’s a win-win: Your friend saves on their first order, and you earn credit towards your next Laundryheap service.
Start sharing your code today and enjoy the rewards!
