Yes! We will try our best to accommodate special care instructions, where possible.


Special instructions for cleaning your order

Here's a list of some special instructions that can be added when placing an order:

  • To use bio or non-bio detergent

  • To use or not use fabric softer

  • Washing service: washed in a gentle/delicate wash of 20°C

If your request is on this list, you can add this as a special request when selecting the service in your booking. If your request is not on this list, please contact our customer service team by submitting a general query via the help section in our app. We will check and confirm if we can complete this.

Laundryheap also offers the option to fold instead of hang dry cleaning items at an extra cost, please speak to our customer service team to confirm this special request.

If you would like a higher temperature of 45°C for wash service, please select this during your booking flow - check our 'More about Laundryheap services' section.


Special instructions for drivers

You can leave special instructions for your Laundryheap driver during the collection and delivery.

Typical special instructions include:

  • Helpful information on finding the address location.

  • Any property access requirements e.g. gate code.

  • Location details on where to collect from/deliver to if you've selected for the Driver to collect/deliver outside.

  • Requests for the Driver to bring a Laundryheap bag when collecting your order.
