Laundryheap will always work to make your cleaning journey as easy as possible, however, there are a few tips for you to keep in mind that contribute to getting the best outcome!

➡️ Always check the care label

Our partner facility individually checks items sent for dry cleaning, ironing, wash & iron, and bulky item services. Items sent for washing services are not individually checked. To ensure a smoother process we recommend checking all of your item's care labels to choose the correct service.

➡️ Detachable items

Remove any detachable items such as belts, cuff links or brooches before sending the item to prevent the risk of these items being misplaced. Laundryheap is not liable for detachable items.


➡️ Hangers or folding

All dry cleaning, ironing, and wash & iron serviced items will be delivered back on individual hangers. If you prefer to have your items folded, this can be accommodated at an extra cost in our wash and iron service. Please add this as a special request and reach out to the Laundryheap customer service team to confirm the price.

💡 Folding is not available for wash services, your items are neatly packed in a bag.


➡️ Pre-order packing

If you have selected more than one service in your order, please pack your items in separate bags. When our driver arrives to collect your order they will tag each bag according to the service chosen. If you have opted for our Laundryheap driver to collect your order from outside, please label the bags with the relevant service.

Pack your order in a disposable bag, if you do not have a disposable bag, leave a note for your driver to provide one during your collection.
