To sign into your Laundryheap account, all you need is access to your email address!
If you're using the same device, Laundryheap will keep you logged in automatically.
Each time you log in from an unrecognised device:
Laundryheap will ask you to insert your email address
A link to sign in will automatically be sent to your registered email address.
Click on the link from your emails to be redirected to our website/app and automatically sign in.
💡 If you do not have access to your registered email address, we'll need to update the email address on your account. Please contact our customer service team by submitting a general query via the help section in the Laundryheap app.
