How to become a Laundryheap+ member
To sign up for the Laundryheap+ benefits, follow these steps:
Open the app and scroll to the bottom of the homepage.
Select the picture that shows Laundryheap+.
Click on 'Join now' and enter your payment details to start your membership.
Adding a friend to Laundryheap+
Once you join, you will receive a code via email, which you can share with your friend. They can redeem this code when placing an order or in their Laundryheap dashboard.
Cancelling your Laundryheap+ membership
To cancel your Laundryheap+ subscription, please contact our customer service team by submitting a general query via the help section in our app.
