Adding a new card
You can add a new card by going to your account area and selecting 'Payments' > 'Add payment'.
Select 'add payment' to add a new card to your account.
If you have more than one card on your account, choose your default card by selecting the one you want and clicking 'make default' and the bottom
Deleting a card
If you want to have a card removed, please get in touch with our team by submitting a general query via the help section in the Laundryheap app. To help us resolve your request more efficiently, please include the last 4 digits of the card when submitting your general query, and we will be happy to help you.
💡 If you have any active orders, please ensure you have a valid registered card on your account before requesting for the removal of the old card details.
