Laundryheap offers services to clean duvets and other bulky items. This is a separate service as these items tend to have longer processing times and special care requirements.
Here are the steps followed:
Inspection: Your items will be inspected for visible stains, damage, and any special care instructions on the care label. Laundryheap's customer service team will notify you of any pre-existing damage or stains found. Our partner facilities will do their best to treat your item, however, stain removal is not guaranteed.
Cleaning - The cleaning process varies depending on the item. Our partner facilities will follow the instructions on the care label.
Drying - The drying process varies depending on the item. Our partner facilities will follow the instructions on the care label.
Packing - Your items will be neatly packed in a clear plastic bag and placed in a Laundryheap bag to be delivered back to you.
