To successfully schedule your first collection collection, follow these steps:
Enter your email address to create an account
Select book now in our app/website and search for the address you'd like us to collect from/deliver to.
Edit the date and time to suit your needs for the collection/delivery and leave any helpful instructions in the driver's notes area. You can also edit the type of collection e.g. 'collection from outside' if you aren't going to be at home.
Select the order frequency and click 'next'. For more information about repeat orders click here.
Choose the services you would like in your order. You can select more than 1 service in the same order.
Add your contact information so we can keep you updated about your order.
Check over your order details and select Pay Now.
Enter your card information and select Pay Now. To schedule the order, you will be charged the minimum value and service fee for your area.
You will receive an email to confirm your order has successfully been booked!
