Yes! We have different options if you are not available.

If you live in a building with a concierge/reception/porter, select this option when booking and our driver will deliver to or collect your order from there.

Alternatively, you can choose to leave it in a safe place by selecting 'Collect from outside' or 'Leave at the door' and include helpful information on the location of the order in the driver instructions section. Please keep in mind that Laundryheap will not be liable for orders left in a safe place.
