Yes! We have different options if you are not available.
If you live in a building with a concierge/reception/porter, select this option when booking and our driver will deliver to or collect your order from there.
Alternatively, you can choose to leave it in a safe place by selecting 'Collect from outside' or 'Leave at the door' and include helpful information on the location of the order in the driver instructions section.
⚠️ Please keep in mind that Laundryheap will not be liable for orders left in a safe place.
