What happens if I'm not happy with the ironing result?

Without washing items prior to ironing them, the quality of the ironing result may not be as expected. For heavily creased items, Laundryheap strongly recommends opting for the dry cleaning or wash & iron service to get the best outcome.

If you are unhappy with the result of your ironing, please report this to us immediately by following these steps:

  1. Click 'help' on the Laundryheap app.

  2. Select the relevant order in your order history.

  3. Select 'Submit a complaint' > 'My iron-only items are creased'.

  4. Enter as much detail as possible and include an image of the item.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.


Once you've submitted your complaint, Laundryheap's Customer Service Team will investigate by inspecting the photos provided, checking internal records, and liaising with our Partner Facility.

Based on the outcome of the investigation, Laundryheap may arrange for your item to be collected and re-ironed; if this is not a possibility, your case will be reviewed for compensation.

💡 We will always try our best to inform you prior to processing your order if our partner facility believes the iron-only service will not guarantee good results based on the item's current condition, and in these instances, Laundryheap will not be liable for the ironing result. Our team will also recommend more suitable services, wherever available.
