At Laundryheap, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the results of your order, please let us know immediately by following these steps:
Click 'help' on the Laundryheap app.
Select the relevant order in your order history.
Select 'I need help with my order' > 'I have a service quality concern' and then select the relevant reason for your complaint.
Enter as much detail as possible and include an image of the item.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Once you've submitted your complaint, Laundryheap's Customer Service Team will start the investigation by inspecting the photos provided and liaising with our Partner Facility.
If it is possible to rectify the quality issue, we may arrange for your item to be collected and recleaned; if this is not a possibility, your case will be reviewed for compensation.
