We will always try our best to prevent any damage to your items by carefully following the service selected and if applicable, the item's care label instructions.
If you believe we have damaged an item, please report this to us immediately by following these steps:
Click 'help' on the Laundryheap app.
Select the relevant order in your order history.
Select 'I need help with my order' > 'I have a service quality concern' > 'I have a damaged item'.
Enter as much detail as possible and include an image of the damaged item.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Once you've submitted your complaint, Laundryheap's Customer Service Team will start the investigation by inspecting the photos provided and liaising with our Partner Facility.
If it is possible to fix the damage, we may arrange for your item to be collected and repaired. If it is not possible to fix the damage, we will review your case for compensation.
