There are some instances where Laundryheap will not be liable for damage caused to items. Here are some examples of when Laundryheap will not be liable:
Damage related to normal wear and tear
Damage caused by selecting a service that is unsuitable for the item when placing an order (e.g. selecting a laundry service instead of dry cleaning)
Damage caused due to items being sent in incorrect bags (e.g. dry cleaning placed inside a labelled laundry bag).
Damage caused by foreign objects, such as pens and lipstick.
